Unfortunately I did window and door service call for Rohe homes but was only paid half of what was invoiced. It took over 4 months to even get that amount! They were very nice at first and eager to work with me but when it came to paying (which was a very small amount) it seemed like communication started to blur. I was there to adjust a door the home owner asked about a couple windows with issues and we had fixed those as well for no extra cost. I'm really looking forward to living smaller in a little town, after all my research this is my top pick company thus far. I would be extremely interested mainly because of the upgrade packages and ability to have it shipped anywhere, this is a review based off research only so having said that I would buy property instantly if they sent me the model I like and be happy as a clam for my retirement. 4 stars because I truly believe in the company and would happily give a detailed review
Saw the model house it was very compact and modern I was impressed with all the features. Planning to install in my backyard and use as a out house for parents or as an office
