Dr. Ramakrishna is an elite neurosurgeon! He spent time to speak with me to ensure I understood everything and answered all my questions.
When I walked in, I was assisted immediately for an Arachnoid cyst. All of the staff were pleasant and I felt comfortable while waiting to see Dr. Ramakrishna. His assistant Alecia was very kind and helpful. She was sure to check in to explain what was going on while I waited for the doctor. I saw his NP Malka, who was sure to address all of my concerns before and after seeing Dr. Ramakrishna. Both of them were very thorough.
