Dr J has the best bedside manner that I have ever experienced. He really wants the patient, and the family, to understand what is going on. The entire team tries hard to be very comforting and reassuring, even though this is probably the hardest thing anybody could go through. Their kindness and professionalism is exemplary. I would recommend them to anybody that receives the big "C" diagnosis. He's the best!
