Dr. Gupta is a professional. He takes his time to answer questions and concerns.
I have been seeing Dr Gupta for my cancer, sclc, 2023. He is the most professional and kind doctor who really fights for you with newer treatments, I really would not be here today if it wasn’t for him. Him and his staff are wonderful people and have a special place in my heart. If you need a great oncologist and a wonderful cancer center I would pay a visit here.
He does really care about his patients. Unfortunately cancer is a rollercoaster of emotions for patients and families. He’s always there to answer any questions or concerns you may have and fights for the treatment best suitable for your needs.
I wish I could give this place a 5 star, but I’m not sure if it’s because I’m black or they just lack empathy and superior customer service. Rebecca is the first one that comes to mind. I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Gupta since being released from the hospital for blood clots. However, every time I call I get an operator who just transfers me to Paula who is the only person that can make an appointment.
