My family has been using Rohaley’s for over 25 years. My brother sent me to Al because he felt I was wasting money taking my car to the dealer for oil changes. I took my car and Al came back into the shop and asked if I knew how to check my oil level. I told him “No” . He then showed me that I had 60% oil. The dealer had been changing new oil! Attached in my review are photos of a Saab 9-5 that was assembled by the owner. I acquired this 9-5 from them a few months ago and unfortunately after completing an in-depth inspection of the vehicle, took note of numerous mistakes and work quality issues with this car.
