If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. We ordered a ring the last weekend of the colorado renaissance festival which was August 8th, 2019. He said my order would be ready and arrive via mail in a month. At the end of August I called him multiple times and left him a voicemail and he finally called back and reassured me that it would arrive before the ends of the month (we thought we were going to go back to Georgia by then) After this I haven't heard from Mr. Eastman since.
