I am very, very happy with the care I am given from Rogue Valley Urology. I lost the function of one kidney years ago and had very bad experiences with the care given to me there. I was recommended to be a patient at this group of urologist by my Kidney specialist, and was fortunate to get who I believe is the Best Urologist ever, Dr. Barrows. He is professional and goes above and beyond what most if not all Dr.s would do. His patients are first and foremost important to him.
They messed up my husband’s appointment, the PA called and said he needed some tests before the appointment. They were supposed to cancel the appointment but didn’t. Tried calling to cancel ourselves after they sent a recording reminding him his appointment. We waited 45 minutes before someone answered. The whole time waiting, a recorded voice said press 1 to leave a message, we chose to wait, every 15 seconds the recording comes on that make you think someone was going to answer instead it rang a couple of times the music s... read more
Our experience has been horrible. Didn't get a chance to ask questions because the doctor was in such a rush. Horrible bedside manner The doctor acted like he could care less about our care. I don't know how he still has a job with his behavior. Very very unhappy with the care we've experienced. Dr. Barrows to learn how to treat his patients better and with respect.
Dr. Barrows is a caring practitioner. He takes time to explain your condition and therapy(s) to alleviate it. Dr. Barrows greets you prior to and after conclusion of your procedure, reassuring of it's success. He is a good Man.
