RVM went beyond our expectations to make sure we were taken care of instead of just waiting for a new item to arrive! They made Rock Star status with us!!!! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs medical equipment!!
My 90 yoa mother purchased a gently used Pride Go chair from Rogue Valley Mobility. Jerrad, the owner/salesman, was very informative, polite and thorough. He adjusted the chair to fit my mom, encouraged her to drive it around to ensure its what she really wanted and was comfortable with. He also demonstrated how to take it apart and put it back together for transport. We would definitely do business again.
