I cannot say enough goid things about Rogue Valley Mobility. I own and adult foster care and have bought 2 power chairs. They researched the best fit for my ladies, brought samples for us to try and started extra time to make sure they fit my ladies needs perfectly. One of my ladies needed an attendant unit put in a chair nit purchased with them, and they built a special bracket to make it work. Amazing people AMAZING customer service!!!
Called on Saturday right before closing and Jarred said he’d wait for us to come in so he could check my son’s chair that stopped functioning and we met him there and he was able to help us out and got the actuator working so the functions would work for him and he did it !!! We rolled out an hour later with the chair working and we have a new a contact we are so happy to have met that we will use from now on !!
