Called on Saturday right before closing and Jarred said he’d wait for us to come in so he could check my son’s chair that stopped functioning and we met him there and he was able to help us out and got the actuator working so the functions would work for him and he did it !!! We rolled out an hour later with the chair working and we have a new a contact we are so happy to have met that we will use from now on !!
