Over my 72 years, I've been involved with Humane Society's all around the country. I've fostered, adopted, and medically cared for animals in various HS's. I even adopted a cat from RVHS a few years ago, I still have him and love him dearly. However this review is about RVHS. They are by far, the worst HS I've ever come in contact with. The staff and management are the most petty, money grubbing people I've ever seen, including the local vets. The money for adoption is premier to them.
