I am relieved we pushed through the awkward experience of planning our own funerals in advance of the immediate need. I would have not been able to pull off the best funeral my beloved ever had without Rogue Valley Funeral Alternatives. They were honest and professional. My mom passed away unexpectedly and unfortunately we did not have anything planned as to what funeral home except that she did want to be cremated. The hospital reported that Rogue Valley Funeral Alternatives were popular. I went with my dad and the staff was very friendly. We selected the urn and extra vials for the ashes and paid. We were told it would be about 1 - 2 weeks which I believe is typical. We waited 3 weeks, still hadn't heard anything, so we called. Rogue valley Funeral Alternatives were very kind and respectful when handling our grandmothers cremation. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family because I know that they do an amazing job.
