Update 2/16/2026: I was contacted by Lewis the manager and he was sympathetic and understanding. I understand things can go wrong but he owned up to it and never made excuses. I appreciate that and I am pleased with the resolution. The person I worked with, Jessica, was pleasant. However I'm not pleased with the embalming job that was not done properly. My father was shipped home. Embalming was very necessary for travel. When he got to us it appeared that only his head was tended to. The rest of his body was badly decomposin... read more
They made my father's transition so much easier on our family. They were attentive they were understanding, they made everything that I could possibly need available to me. I'm glad that my dad was taking care of by them.
The staff are so professional and made the experience so easy. They understood what I wanted and took notes to follow my instructions. I checked out other mortuary business and found this to be the one I would use due to price and what I wanted.
