I checked in, filled out paperwork and waited in the empty waiting room. After about 20 minutes a very upset elderly couple came in and said that they had been calling for 20 minutes from the pharmacy and couldn't get through. "We don't have a direct phone line. You can't call us". What? After waiting 35 minutes I asked if the wait would be much longer. The receptionist, who was in training, said she was sure it wouldn't be much longer. Judith Oursler is fabulous. For years I had been mis-diagnosed with rosacea by 3 different doctors . I finally went to see Dr. Oursler and with one look she diagnosed my condition correctly.
