Drake was professional, on time, kind and very informative. He showed me the ducts through his camera, explained, answered questions and shared a few laughs. I told him he reminded me of Jimmy Buffett. Good price to begin with, but since he was worried about getting one of my vents off to clean that one, he did try, he gave me even a better discount. Classy! Feb. has been a horrible month for me, he was that one bright light.
My air ducts cleaned by Rogue Valley Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning and was very pleased with the service. The employees were professional and the results were great. Will be a repeat customer.
