The receptionist is super RUDE. Her name is Diane. I tried to set up a new primary doctor with Dr. Kahn and she told me she isn't accepting new patients even though online it says she is. Then I asked her if she could recommend someone else and she said no. How are people going to get care of a doctor if no one is willing to take new patients and the receptionist is so rude. Makes you feel like no one cares about your health. What's this world coming too...
