I have been a customer of Rogue Credit Union for around 40 years. Today the Caldwell, Idaho branch helped me wire funds for my daughter even though it was closing time! i will be forever grateful for the willingness and kindness to help! Thank you Ms. Thompson for being so kind and quick with my transaction! I will recommend Rogue Credit Union to everyone!
Horrible experience, never use them. They take forever to answer and have the most ridiculous rules
They do not know I’m getting my money out
Worst bank I’ve ever worked with for an auto loan. Added a 4000 dollar forced insurance charge when I have provided insurance to them and the “third party insurance company” they use. Won’t respond and getting ahold of them is a headache. Pay the bit extra and go with a different bank. This is ridiculous.
It’s always kid friendly inside and is one of the best banks
