DO NOT BANKING WITH THIS INSTITUTION. This bank ROGUE CREDIT UNION clearly has no security system protocol in place. How could such a bank institution cleared out check that’s clearly fraudulent one with forged payee name “CASH” and forged signature (not even my signature) Unbelievable.
Rogue has been a total nightmare to deal with. Anything we try to do through them goes wrong or takes forever. My husband and I have both business and personal accounts with them which were never linked correctly. They failed to update the address on our checks after we contacted them to get it fixed, which caused an issue with one of our business payers. Scheduled appointments don't seem to mean much to them. We are very frustrated.
I recently requested a loan from Rogue and I was overwhelmed in a good way with the whole experience. Alicia Gonsalves is a great person. Friendly, responded quickly, was knowledgeable. I can say happily that I have switched all my accounts to Rogue. Yes!
I wanna thank the team at this branch for great customer service. I also wanna thank Sarah for going above and beyond to help with a problem and solve it the way she did. If I could give more stars I would.
