I have been trying to get in touch with their office for a few weeks about a job they completed a few months ago. They installed a new shower and the grout already started coming up after only 5 uses in the shower. I've called, emailed, texted. No response. Not only was the work expensive but it was not done correctly and they are ignoring me so they don't have to fix it.
Only met Ken once. He seemed like a nice guy and was excited to use them for all our properties. Unfortunately not only did they not show up to do the job, but the strung us out for a month and a half. Literally costed us thousands of dollars for the delay not counting the other trades not being able to continue until foundation was done.
