I missed a call from them about scheduling my daughters six month check up and in the voicemail she said a date for the appointment and within the two minutes it took for me to call them back they gave that appointment to someone else. Very confused why even mention a date when you’re going to offer it to someone else. The doctors are great here. Reception staff however, different story.
Please change your hold music. The song that starts over every time I'm transferred is not pleasant.
I have mixed feelings. While I have had great experiences with the doctors and staff at the front desk, the pharmacy needs some work. Unless you are sitting right there for 15 plus minutes, don't expect your prescriptions to be filled in less than 5 days.
Horrible doctors and prescriptions take forever to get filled and sent to pharmacies I would never come here and the fact you know the prescription needed is urgent and still haven't filled it is a big ol problem I wouldn't trust this doctor with a healthy middle aged man let alone any other person God damn
I am very grateful for this health option. I have been seeing Dr. Clarissa Carson at the Medford office for sometime now. She is amazing so down to earth and so easy to talk to! She listens to everything and will find a solution. I am so thankful for her, I only wish that she would do podcasts because she would be so beneficial to so many people.
