I had there brisket nachos at Kennywood park they were delicious! I finally went to the restaurant and I tried the sample box it was dry & bland! At least the 4 tiny ribs were good!
Food is fantastic every time I go. Really solid bbq and the Mac and cheese is very good.
Neither horrible nor fantastic, but a solid choice unless you are a BBQ snob. Pros: authentic Pittsburgh bar, friendly service, and food is perfectly AOK. As far as BBQ, it's sauced rather than 100% smoked, so if that's an issue for you, this isn't the spot. Ribs likely the best choice. Cucumber salad was good, collards were...only OK (again: not horrible but not as good as the cumcumber salad). If you're staying at Waterfront or need lunch while there, this is 100% a good choice. If you want exceptional BBQ, not so much.
Recently stopped in while traveling. I really liked it, and the green tomatoes were big enough for 2 people. Will be back
