I have had multiple dealings with Nick, Mark and the Rogue team. They are an extraordinary company with exceptional products and service.
They treat you like your part of their immediate blood family five stars excellent quality, excellent people that are running it. The owner is an enthusiastic about home the at home audio as you and I that true channel anyhow, great company to deal with great products. Big bang for your buck can’t go wrong.
I called in with some issues with my Sphinx V3. They have quite possibly the best customer service I've ever encountered. Shipping it door to door I had my unit back repaired in under a week and not only did they fix my issue but they even replaced my faceplace as an extra surprise as it had a scratch on it. Nick and Bill are extremely professional and helpful! These guys are awesome and I'll be a customer for life now!
