Poor business practices. Owned Phil's Carwash of Rocky Hill. Suddenly closed without signage and left customers with booklets of expensive carwash tickets without notice. Contacted police in town to find out where the owner disappeared to only to find out it was this local attorney! Original owner Phil was a great guy and sold the vusiness to retire. Finally located Mr. Roggi to be given a ridiculous alternative of calling his manager for an apt to handwash our cars, but the manager is unable to be reached 90% of the time. T... read more
