Service was slow. There is only one cashier and that person also prepares the orders. The line wasn't long but the wait was long. After I sat in to dine I ordered something to go. That was another 20 minutes. Once I arrived home I realized they forgot half the order was missing. I immediately called the store. I spoke to a gentlemen who assured me he would refund the item missing, and he would also provide me with a gift card immediately. I got a to go order and it was upright when he handed me the bag. I actually sat down in the bakery to eat the sandwich. When I pulled it out, it looked like this. I asked for napkins, which they were out of and handed me a huge roll of brown paper towels. So my first impression of this bakery was not very good. However, I will say the sandwich was delicious despite its appearance. I understand workers can get rushed. However, they might benefit from some training on packaging their food better.
This place was awesome
A lovely place to hang out and grab the most delicious fresh baked treats, I love the chocolate pastries best. Go and treat yourself
