I'm hesitant about who I hire for services performed on my home. Patrick was very understanding, honest and straightforward. They came out to service the problem on short notice with no problems. One day before a snow storm, our heat decided to try and give out on us. After cancelling an appointment because it kicked back on that same morning, it shut off again and we had to call and have them come back out.
