Got to my house within 2 hours with 2 other calls in front of me, explained what the issue was, how he was fixing it, and general maintenance tips as well. Patrick is incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
My AC stopped cooling 7/23/25. I called and spoke with Patrick, he was on another call but said he would be out today. He replaced the failed capacitor quickly. 2 thumbs up.
Technician showed up on time and had my air blowing cold in just a few minutes. I highly reccommend Rogersville heating and cooling.
Called them late in the evening and they were able to fix the problem the next morning at a good price.
I called with a seemingly dead AC unit and they responded immediately and were able to make it within an hour. They fixed it in less than an hour and the cost was reasonable (dead capacitor and some wire problems) Amazing service, amazing guy. Definitely keeping them in mind for the future!
