What's the point of having a primary dr if you can't get in when your sick or everytime you call there phones are turned off or thy don't answer your call an when you do get in you get no help or te help you do get doesn't even fix the issue. Called Monday or Tuesday for a new patient appointment and person on the phone asked to get my name and number and she will call back. Okay no problem I understand they were busy. No call back. I call again Wednesday and again the person on the phone asked to call me back. Still no phone call. I was a medical assistant for 4 years there should be no excuse for not calling a patient back. Whoever is the office manager needs to tell their staff this is unexcept-able. Not going to bother to call again. I’ll be looking elsewhere... read more
