Treated very poorly. I took my jeep in because it was making a noise in the rear. First inspection they told me both my back wheel bearings were about to fall off and needed to be replaced and said it was not even safe to drive(I had been driving it for a year now with the noise). I was not convinced that it was the wheel bearings because I had recently had them replaced so I asked if they could go bad that often? (Six months) and Duane said yes. Called and talked to Josh “the new sales manger” this morning at 11am as one of their salesman was talking to my papaw about a vehicle purchase. I told Josh that my papaw wasn’t in the right mind as he was fast oncoming dementia and that we had power of attorney over him and have done took his 3 vehicles that he has now. Josh said he would make sure that he would see that he didn’t purchase one. It wasn’t 20 or so minutes later they come and pick him up at his house to try to sell him a vehicle.
