👍👍Purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Rogersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram today and it was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. My sales guy Richard got the basics done online and phone yesterday, and then today I was in and out in just under an hour. Thanks again for wonderful service and putting together a great deal!
I recently bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade Sport 4x4. The sales department was good and gave me a good deal. I also bought a service contract. I specifically asked if a certain component was covered because this component is know to be in need of replacing. Well I went to the service department to get it replaced and was informed it was not covered under my service contract I bought. I was misinformed about what was covered under the service contract.
Had a very good experience here! I had a general idea of the kind of vehicle I needed (for towing but also for family trips), and Scott Wiersema (my sales person) showed me a number of possible options. When he saw my face light up with the Chevy Traverse he encouraged me to take it for a test drive with my wife. I got a good deal trading in my Honda Odyssey. Will definitely use this dealership again.
This review is for the service department. I was quoted 10 hours for the job and was charged for 40! They are definitely out to get what they can from you. I don’t even know if they even fixed all of the issues as I now have a new sound that didn’t exist before they “fixed” whatever they did. Would not recommend.
Drove from Morristown to get service at their dealership and will be back for any future service. Very professional staff!!
