Rogersville Animal Hospital is, without a doubt, the finest vet in the area. The doctors and staff are deeply involved and genuinely care about their patients. They’ve been amazing for routine visits, puppy checks, and vaccinations, but they truly went above and beyond when my K9 assistant contracted blastomycosis. Their quick diagnosis not only saved my dog’s life but quite literally saved mine - it alerted us to a severe, hidden mold and fungus infestation in our home's walls and foundations from rotting wood. Dr Slaughter was extremely considerate of my 13 year old cat, which he diagnosed with kidney failure. Him and the staff were very kind. And the cost of their care is very reasonable.

I’m doing two stars because while the staff in my one experience was very sweet and I do appreciate the low prices, I have a huge issue with the hygiene issues there. At one point, Dr. Slaughter went to see another patient and when he came back into our room, he had blood from that patient on his fingers and then proceeded to handle my dog without washing his hands or donning gloves.
