Just overall poor service from the group. Dealt with Ryan O'Connell and received really poor service. First, while getting my policy Ryan was constantly abrupt and confrontational. There were times where he would state "well thats not what you told me". He was generally unhelpful during the process. Next, we had a claim and we reached out to Ryan. He stated he was going to be on vacation and to call the office. I called the office and then never received a call back. He was on the emails with the claims adjuster and never pr... read more
