I used Rogers and Gray for 10+ years as they were the best prices. However, due to personal reasons I had to switch to another company. In their incompetence, they didn't cancel my policy and sent it to collections. This severely damaged my credit report for no fault of mine. When I pointed it out to them, they were nonchalant about it and I'm still dealing with having to explain the collections on my account.
