The rates here have gone crazy and customer service has lapsed since they become The Baldwin Group. I been a customer here for years the Paul Peter's days...then Roger's Gray. No claims, great driving record etc. My yearly rate went up another 20% however, to the point my insurance was reaching the same as my car payment. I called and was told "that's the best we can do" quite curtly. I shopped around and found the same coverage, 12 month policy for 45% cheaper than here. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID these folks. Total bait and switch. Called for insurance on my home. Regular and flood. I had insurance in the past - regular and not flood. Wanted quotes for each separately so I could decide if I wanted one of both. Decided to go with them. Suddenly the flood insurance increased by $1500. Told her no. Just go with regular insurance. Suddenly I HAVE to carry flood insurance to have ANY insurance on the house. Yet another insurance company was able to do this - at a lower cost too! D... read more
Switched to using Arthur Calfee insurance agency out of Falmouth. Saved close to 550$ on home owner insurance, as they helped me find the best home owner insurance policy. Baldwin said my old plan (monomoy) was still the best option ( monomoy price almost doubled in 4 years, with no claims). turns out Rodgers grey is affiliated with monomoy. My father also switched to a different insurance agency.
Loved Rogers Gray and did business with them for years. Saw a big change when the Baldwin Group took over... switched all my business from them and never looked back.
