Every single year, this company gives me problems and is a complete nightmare to work with. Customer service is horrible, they don't take the time to explain things to you and assume you are "just confused and don't know what you're talking about." From writing incorrect policies with incorrect dates (time and time again) to not sending me invoices, needless to say, we will not be coming back when our renewal comes up next.
When our homeowner's insurance cancelled us after 12 years because they now classified our home's location as a coastal risk, Rogers Gray barely lifted a finger to help. Had GH insurance which was sold to Rogers gray. There is absolutely no customer service. It has been almost a year for my house insurance claim. The claim was wrong . They sent assessor from Alabama who didn’t have the right software. Emails to Rogers gray just passed me off to people I don’t even know. I had to do ALL the work to try to get house fixed. So if you want to pay enormous fees and do all the work yourself then Rogers Gray is for you.
