I have 9 year old Roger seller taps, they are absolutely lovely but have all started to leak at around 8 years old. It took five months for anyone to send me replacement washer cartridges. After a plumber replaced the cartridges half of the taps still leak. Rogerseller told me an expert would come to fix the taps but since then have avoided my calls or told me I would get a call back, which has not happened. M The lack of service is very upsetting. I don’t recommend the taps for this reason.
Terrible post sale service, ignoring emails, no escalation path, written promises are ignored. Would not purchase in the future from Rogerseller
The service level initially wasn't satisfactory, and it has deteriorated further since I received my order, which arrived partially damaged. Despite my efforts to contact customer service via email over several weeks, I haven't received any response. Corey Tisdell, in particular, has been unresponsive to my emails. Stay away from Rogerseller Al large project turned sour. Zero customer service. After spending $$$$ for 4 bathrooms, needed a cartridge extension for a Tonic wall mixer. Now months receiving NO response from winning appliances. Emails and calls to Corey 0395926644 customer service, empty promises and now no longer return our calls. Not asking for free. We were initially very happy with the look and function of the products we bought for our bathroom renovation. However, we have had a few small issues with the products, and one major issue where they sent us the basin without a tap hole that we specified, and the after sales service has been dreadful. We've been passed around from person to person, with lots of conflicting information, not getting any closer to resolving the problem.
