If you try to get through to Rogers in Billing to find out why your bill is more higher than it should be. They basically put you on hold and then they instantly hang up on you! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen! They make it just aboutl impossible for you to cancel your phone and go to another supplier! If you have any questions you cannot get through and talk to anybody anymore they changed their policy you talk to Ai and then they hang up on you
