I was incorrectly charged $202 for no reason. I visited the Penticton store to resolve this, and an employee promised to leave a note on my account for a refund. However, I have been trying to call them for the last three days and no one is answering my calls. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication.
Horrible wifi service, wish they didn’t buy Shaw cause it was the best.
I was a Shaw customer for several years, and during that time, I had a very positive experience. The internet service was reliable, the pricing was fair, and the cancellation policies felt reasonable and customer-focused. Overall, Shaw provided good value and dependable service.
