If I could give negative stars I would. I'm a senior who reported a theft and 3 days later waiting for the Fraud Department to reply, but between AI and a dozen agents that don't know how to help I need mental health attention!!!!! Still unresolved!!!!!
I was incorrectly charged $202 for no reason. I visited the Penticton store to resolve this, and an employee promised to leave a note on my account for a refund. However, I have been trying to call them for the last three days and no one is answering my calls. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication.
