I came in at 12:15pm on 5/21. They were not opened and their time said 11:30am to open. They said they don’t take orders on DoorDash only Grubhub but on google it says they do take DoorDash & I had already placed an online order. All problems aside I still returned at 12:45pm when they finally did open and placed an order in person. I showed the lady at the front the phone order I had placed and wanted everything the same. I’m from Philly so when I get a cheesesteak I always ask for it the way you get them in Philly (only meat, cheese, and onions). I like to add jalapeños sometimes because it’s the closest thing to Italian hot peppers that you can find in Chicago, and they will up charge me a dollar more than what’s on the menu even though I’m using less ingredients in my cheesesteak which doesn’t really make sense, but that’s not the problem here.
