We ordered a dump trailer on February 12, 2020. We originally paid a deposited of $3,100 via square trade. The owners wife Tiffany contacted us saying the transaction did not process properly. She then asked us to pay the deposits via PayPal friends and family. We verified that the first payment was returned so we went ahead and complied with her new request. Rogers Welding took $4500 of my money - cash it - and will not return my calls - deliver the smoker trailer or refund my money - we will be going to court - I made a BAD Mistake dealing with this company -
We ordered 10 trailers from them and paid them over $8k as a deposit. They won't answer calls and keep promising delivery in text messages but they never come. They were supposed to be done in 3-4 weeks. It has now been over 6 months. We have demanded a refund or delivery and have even sent someone to their shop. They are dishonest and not to be trusted.
