We are residents of Rogers Walk property since 2023 and it has been a great experience. It has been a pleasure knowing and working with Kat as she is very understanding and caring. She is always there to listen to our queries and empathizes with our needs. She is always approachable and goes above and beyond to help. The property is maintained extremely well and love the warm community.
Kat is outstanding! Her professionalism, clear communication, and consistent updates keep all residents well informed and at ease. Kat’s kindness and genuine care for the community foster a positive, welcoming environment for all residents. We’re incredibly lucky to have her—she truly sets the bar and I am so glad I chose to rent at Roger’s Walk!
Rogers walk Good luck if you take an apartment here. When I moved in the complex it felt like a community. If there was an issue, the manager contacted me and made sure it was addressed. We did not have to pay for water. But water meters have been put in and not only are we responsible for the water but there is an extra charge to pay for the water and an extra charge to pay for your rent. In this apartment, I noted the water meter before and after a 5 day trip twice . I called maintenance and corporate to address the issue ... read more
Service is always available, but cheap. Had faucet replaced and it’s junk and leaks behind the wall. Also pool is a dangerous place to breath w/o cross ventilation. I wish I could use it. There are many pros and cons, but those are the only things that come to mind. Expensive place, someways hoping for more. That’s all.
Management office is so helpful and makes it a great place to live. Kat is property manager and she is amazing. She made living here a pleasure. The place is well kept, the neighbors are wonderful and the grounds are kept perfect. Your not gonna find a nicer place in that area. I challenge you. Lived here for over 5 years and had no issues. Mr T from the maintenance is fabulous too. Enjoyed my stay - Thank you to the office staff and maintain e department. Especially to Kat ♥️ you’ll be missed
