We moved to Rogers Walk in 2018 since it felt like a community and neighborhood, not an apartment complex or high-rise. We felt at HOME right away! It is rare to find an apartment that has a clubhouse, indoor pool, theater, etc. Having downsized from our home of 36 years, we felt at home here. The neighbors have become friends. The noise here is unbearable. It's right between the turnpike and 73 so you hear traffic 24 hours a day, even inside your apartment. It can get so loud outside that you have to yell over the traffic noise when you're trying to talk to someone. Forget sitting on your patio and relaxing unless you want to wear ear plugs. As if that's not bad enough it's also directly under a landing route for the Philadelphia airport, so there are airplanes flying low overhead all day every day. My daughter & I moved here back in April and can I just say it is a BREATH of FRESH AIR! Communities is quiet, grounds are clean...neighbors are pleasant. We love the indoor pool & gym. Kathleen , the leasing/property manager goes over and beyond when it comes to advocating for the tenants. Truly the best decision I made this year was to move here. We love our apartment can't wait to enjoy the greenery ,fresh air etc. Out on our patio this summer! LOVE IT!
We are residents of Rogers Walk property since 2023 and it has been a great experience. It has been a pleasure knowing and working with Kat as she is very understanding and caring. She is always there to listen to our queries and empathizes with our needs. She is always approachable and goes above and beyond to help. The property is maintained extremely well and love the warm community.
