Not honouring a contract and raising prices every few months (50+% in 14 months)I called to cut back services. Got delayed, put on excessive holds in hopes I would abandon the call. Denied a $25 / month basic TV plan existed by a 3 year veteran of the department. Worst customer service in the industry would'nt fix the problem only kept increasing prices. Had to involve CCTS for the second time.
My family member has Rogers Home Internet, Phone and TV. So far this year they have been without home phone service for 2.5 months over different issues. In one case the ground was frozen and a new cable could not be run, a work around for Internet and TV was set up, and the home phone was call forwarded to a cellphone.
