My family used Marta to book a vacation for 12 people in Febraury this year. Marta was given 6 months to plan the tripand ensure that there were no hiccups, as we were traveling with children and an elderly grandparent. Marta lined her pockets and hung us out to dry in the Dominican Republic. In 6 months of planning she was unable to get us 4 rooms together on the 1st floor of the resort.
