Very Professional Staff & Reliable and Dependable.
This is the worst company ever! This company is in bed with the Nassau County court system which clearly did not vet them properly. They are a Suffolk County based company that has no understanding or business doing appraises in Nassau County. They cover themselves in writing in the very beginning of the write up, saying they cant find recent sales in the same neighborhood. This is completely wrong. Absolutely awful job …. I want my money back. This company should be reported and shut down immediately !!! Don’t use this company! Incompetence doesn’t even come close to describing these people.
Appraisal way off any where from $350000.OO TO ,$125000..00 Waiting for new appraisal and 1/4 of price from 2 different firm stay away rip off New appraisal in off $300000. Compare houses in different towns 2 acre lit to my 5/8 acre . He also hit my retaining wall and has not paid me for the bill since 4/28
If a company does bad job the least they can do is be efficient at communicating. This company does not even do that. Absolutely awful appraisal and service. Use at your peril
