Went to get emergency hvac parts and they had them
I have just bought a summer house in Buda Illinois, last summer I worked on my condenser unit and they sold me the parts I needed to do the work, I walked in to the store today and there is this rude guy that told me to walk if didn't have an account, very rude people.

Chad had to ask his manager if they could sell to me, AFTER he asked me if I had an account with them. He also stated they could sell small things occasionally to individual customers. He came back After talking to the manager and let me know that they are a wholesaler and they only sell to companies like Grazers, Town & Country etc. He did also say his manager wouldn't sell to me because "he didn't know my experience level."
