Jenn helped out a lot, very transparent and cut me a great deal.
They lock the door and keep us waiting outside the store even though there is ample of space inside. Rain, snow, sun, People with small kids, elders etc.. no excuse. Covid/pandemic is the reason they say, Rogers is the only store does this.
Have had good and bad experience at this store. It all depends on whom you are dealing with. Once i ran into an employee who was extremely rude and arrogant when i was asking new iPhone device plans. He had an attitude like you won't be able to afford it so let me just get rid of you soon. Too bad they lost my business because I bought new iPhone the next day from Apple store in Bayshore.
