I have been with Dr. Rogers for 20 years. I think she is the best. She is patient and understanding and never rushes you in and out. Great doctor. I drive 60 miles since I moved from Allen to Seagoville and no way would I even consider looking for a doctor closer to home.
An amazing Doctor!
I’ve been seeing Dr Rogers as my PCP for a few years now. I don’t usually need to go in except for routine appointments. I’ve always appreciated her. She’s very down to earth and treats me like a human and not another insurance payment. I see her office about 3-4x a year for the past 10 years. The communication among her nurses has been abysmal. They don’t follow through. It cost me hundreds on a MRI due to not getting authorization. She didn’t follow through. She is a good doctor though and rate her better. Insurance is expensive and so follow through is a must.
Samuel Rodgers staff is very unprofessional overcrowded I'm not happy with the staff because I weighted for 45 minutes over my appointment On my schedule. I'm transferring my doctor's to bacon Heath I just don't think the staff has experience in handling people right... I've had two strokes and this isn't the place for me to go ..
