If there was an option to give zero stars, I would do that. The abhorrent behavior of the staff and mostly the office manager is something I’ve never experienced before and I’m in the medical field. Firstly, they do not know how to properly run an office, but they also are uneducated on how to support and help their patients. Hands down. The best family physician. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Rogers Walker. He’s JustThe Best. Why because I say so ! I feel fortunate to be treated by Dr Walker and his staff. They all provide great service looking after patients. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. Zero communication. Don't bother calling them. They don't answer and will never return your calls. Very rude staff. Stay away.
I have been with Dr. Walkers office for 13 years and they have been wonderful….
