Not a customer!!! Came across this company on the road. If they work on plumbing the same way they operate their vehicles, I would recommend to everyone that they DO NOT use their services. The driver of the vehicle that I the displeasure of interacting with this morning was made of malice and contempt. It was made apparent to me that the only thing he/she cared about was themselves. Not my safety. Not the condition of the company vehicle. Just a bad driver all together.
We had some plumbing replaced before moving into our home and the one thing I requested was a wall pipe not leak. Well lo and behold EVERY rain this year our basement gets standing water. This was a couple thousand dollar fix and left a huge hole in the ground behind our house and uprooted trees thrown in the yard. The worst part is this was all done less than a year ago and there is no warranty to fix the leak that we wanted fixed to begin with… As you can see in the photo there is nowhere for the water to go once it comes ... read more

I am a tenant in an apartment building. Idk if they were quick because we didn't place the order for service but Jim came out to fix two plumbing issues. He took apart our sink faucet and cleaneared sand from a piece inside. Found a small pile of sand in there! Fixed our shower head too. There was a sliver of wood in the shower head! He was clean, professional, knowledgeable, and asked if there were any other concerns. We are so happy to have full function and power from both faucets now.
They worked us in quickly and were extremely helpful and kind
