Do not buy parts from these jokers. I purchased a boat over last year and in tore at an eyelet 6 weeks after the purchase. They asked for pictures and I sent them. They gave me the run around for a month and then stopped responding. I was tired of the run around and stopped calling. Roger and his service manager Brandon are perhaps the most incompetent, unreliable people when it comes to doing what they say they will. I had planned a vacation on Quail creek lake. I had an appt for Monday and left the boat there on Thursday before to summerize and assess other work. When I called in Tuesday it was still out front in plain view and not been started. The carb needed to be replaced and asked if they could overnight it since it would take a week otherwise. We agreed on $100 but would reimburse the difference... read more
