Had a funny noise coming out of the back of my 2007 Jeep Rubicon and took it to a another shop that diagnosed the problem as a u-joint. They replaced the u-joint and charged what I thought was pretty high. The noise was still there after they did the work. I then took my jeep to ROGERS to see what the problem was. The gentleman at Rogers Northside Garage were professional and precise in the extensive preventative maintenance and repair of my new 2007 GMC. I really appreciated the "play by play" phone calls and emails informing me of where they were at on my vehicle and when I could expect it to be done... Changed my oil and left the filter loose.... so that went over well....
Highly Recommended I had a problem with my transmission that other shops could not seem to fix. A friend recommended Northside Garage so I took it there. Not only did they find the problem, but explained what happened to the transmission and what was needed to fix it "in terms I could understand" The price for the repair they quoted was competative when I called other shops. Best I've Ever Found - Honest, Fast Service, Professional – I was in the market for a good used car and found two that I wanted checked over before buying. Very Professional + Excellent Service – I couldn’t be more impressed with Roger’s Northside Garage. I just took my vehicle in for an oil change, and they not only got me in right away, but couldn’t have been more courteous. Being a woman, some mechanics think they can sell us repairs that are not needed. But they were very professional, and went over the list of everything they inspected and told me everything looked good. I will definitely be going back to Roger’s for any future auto repairs.
