I've been a Type 1 Diabetic for 12 years now. In that time, I've seen quite a few different Endos. Almost all of them have terrible front office staff (I don't know what the deal is with that). What I can say is that Dr. Rogers is up to date on her awareness of Diabetes and the medicines and tools available to treat it. I cannot say the same for may of the other Endos in the San Diego area unfortunately. Doctor megan rogers its great endocrinology, very profesional
I'm a 72 year old diabetic (type 2) and met Dr. Rogers 7 years ago when I weighed 281 pounds (Height: 5'9) and was controlling my diabetes with insulin - a lot of insulin! 300 units a day! 3 full syringes daily! I lost 110 pounds in a year, got off insulin completely and got a poorly funtioning parathyroid gland removed thanks to her conscientious, careful examination and diagnosis of my condition. Forget about EVER getting a response from this office! I've called 8 times because I'm almost out of thyroid medication. Also she changed my dose and I feel worse! Finally she read the wrong lab report for me and said I was fine when I was in fact, not! Don't go to Dr. Rogers!
