Not a good experience for me. I've had nothing but false promises and Lies from them. He sent to kids to install my unit, they install the air handler upside down. Had the new thermostat go bad, took him 2 mouths to final replace, a long with extreme high power bills. Not sure if I even have my warranty on the unit. Plus he talks more than a politician. So. No I'm happy.
We are new to the area and we googled hvac. Rogers was one of the businesses that came up and they had good reviews so I have them a call. They came later that afternoon. The tech, who i later found out owns the business, took his time to explain and show us what he was doing. He was very methodical and thorough. Everything worked great when he left. He definitely knows his stuff! I would absolutely recommend Rogers Mechanical!
