About 10 days ago, I woke up to a very chilly house. Our thermostat was indicating that the temperature in the house was 4.5C - 5C colder than it was supposed to be. I checked our external furnace pipes to see if they were blocked, but they weren’t. I needed to find an HVAC expert to get them in to rectify the problem. We have an in floor heating system that decided to stop working during this cold winter we are experiencing. Brandon had to install a new boiler, pipings and other parts required. After losing heat for hot water, I was faced with leaving messages for several local contractors without even a response via text, email or phone. Luckily Roger not only answered his phone but was able to stop by that same evening to diagnose the issue. Due to the weekend and waiting on parts it was still completed within 48 hrs. They were methodical in looking for easiest solution first then eliminating probable issue. Very reasonably priced, prompt service and friendly guys, what more can you ask for ! Star service.
