Brandon and Quinton arrived on-site as scheduled ready to go. Training with them was effortless; all parts of the work they were doing was clearly explained and every question responded to thoughtfully and thoroughly. Complete professionals were they. We purchased a new 30HP Rotary screw and everything was awesome, UNTIL IT WASN'T! compressor starting shutting off due to improperly set overload. Untrained Tech came out and said feed wires were undersized (they were not) then claimed it was caused by dirty filters which were only 2 weeks old and we would have to pay for service . When i complained multiple times, I was told by service manager Jason Welter to find someone else, don't call them back. SAD!!!!!!
