I designed, and started building my house during the worst time...Covid, and lumber prices went through the roof! I started brain storming for an alternative, and being from East Texas I knew of the sawmills in the area. Many sawmills would not sell to the public, but Rogers Lumber would. Not only did they save me thousands and thousands of dollars, the solid southern yellow pine they provided me are full 2x's and rot resistant.
