I used to see a provider at The Emily Program for psychiatric services a number of years ago and was jettisoned by the company, when the switch was made to go to strictly inpatient clientele a number of years ago. I tried again recently to see if the policy change had reverted to taking on clients not currently enrolled in the program and was told that was not an option. You can try to make it look like you care, but your policies tell the truth. Disappointing.
I called and made an appointment to get into the program. After the initial question/answer period I was told there was a long waiting list and no way to know when I could get into the program. I was told someone from their billing office would call me to talk about my insurrance coverage. Never heard from anyone and I was billed over $300 for the one time experience. Stay away. Find an alternative.
